Returns and Shipping

Production

Many of our pieces are made to order or produced in limited runs. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. All delivery times below begin from dispatch, not from the date of purchase.

Delivery in Nigeria

  • Lagos: ₦10,000. Delivered within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • Rest of Nigeria: ₦15,000. Delivered in 2–3 business days after dispatch (for example, Abuja).

International Delivery

We ship worldwide with DHL Express and Aramex. Fees are charged by parcel weight and shown at checkout before you pay.

  • United States: DHL Express, 3–5 business days, or Aramex Standard, 10–12 business days.
  • United Kingdom, Europe and worldwide: DHL Express. Timelines vary by destination.

Duties and taxes may apply depending on your destination. Where possible, they are calculated and paid at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on arrival.

Returns

Because our designers produce in limited runs and many pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns.

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at contact@gelalli.com within 3 days of delivery, and we will review it and find the right resolution with you.
