Processing Time:

At Gelalli, we believe beautiful things take time. Each piece is made or fulfilled with intention—a celebration of slow fashion, craftsmanship, and care. Because many of our designers produce in limited quantities or on demand, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping Time:

Once your order is packed and ready to go, it’s handed off to our international courier (DHL), and off it flies!

• U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–9 business days

• Other destinations: may take up to 14–21 business days, depending on where you are in the world.

For Returns:

Because of the nature of our platform and the limited production runs of our designers, we’re currently unable to accept returns.

That said, we want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue with your item (damaged, incorrect, or faulty), please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right—either through an exchange, credit, or other resolution.
