Processing & Production

At Gelalli, we believe beautiful things take time.

Many of our pieces are made to order or produced in limited quantities.
Production typically takes 7–14 business days before dispatch.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: delivery timelines below begin after dispatch, not from the date of purchase.

United States Shipping

  • Express Shipping (DHL)
    • Delivered in 3–5 business days after dispatch.
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders.
  • Standard Shipping — $32
    • Available for qualifying orders up to 2kg.
    • Estimated delivery: 14–21 business days after dispatch.
    • Standard orders are consolidated and shipped to our U.S. fulfillment hub before final delivery via USPS.

Nigeria Shipping

Same day delivery within Lagos

Outside of Lagos 3–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

DHL Express available worldwide.
Delivery timelines vary by destination.

For orders outside the United States, customs duties may apply depending on destination.

Returns

Due to the limited production runs of our designers and the made-to-order nature of many pieces, we are currently unable to accept returns.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will review and work toward an appropriate resolution.
